Ingredients:
Moong Dal, Rice, Jeera (Cumin), Few Peppercorns, Hing (Asafoetida).

Allergens:

How to Prepare:

  1. Boil 100ml of water.
  2. Add 2 teaspoons of Instant Khichdi Mix powder to the boiling water.
  3. Close the bowl with a lid and let it sit for 5-6 minutes.
  4. After 5-6 minutes, stir well and serve.

Additional Uses:

  • Savory Pancakes: Mix the khichdi powder with water, and a pinch of salt, and cook like a pancake for a quick, savory treat.
  • Chips: Mix the khichdi powder with some water and seasonings to make a dough. Roll thin, cut into shapes, and fry for crispy chips.
  • Dosa/Idly Batter: Add the khichdi powder to your dosa or idly batter for a protein-packed twist.
  • Chapati: Incorporate the khichdi powder into your chapati dough for added flavor and nutrition.

Storage Instructions:
